Luisa I think you're finding the flow state in cooking 🤗 I can totally relate.. it's like active relaxation. And the imperfect ingredient- wow that's so true, cookbooks don't help with the mystery box challenge of being a homecook (I kind of love being creative with those limitations though, never wanting to waste anything.. & this broccoli sounds soo delish!)
